When you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us, we hold on to what you send us — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about the job (address, type of property, services you're interested in). We only use this to quote for and carry out the work you've asked about.

How we use it

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, schedule an installation or visit, and provide ongoing support if you become a client. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp's own service and your standard network provider — their own privacy terms apply to how the message or call itself is transmitted.

This website

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
